What is a society?

An organization or club formed for a particular purpose/ activity and are registered under the Societies Act examples include Welfare associations, Chamas, Membership clubs.

b.)A list of designated members.

c.)The names, occupation and postal addresses of the officials Chairman, treasurer and secretary; d.)Constitution of the society which must contain name, postal address and objects of the society;
